a unique queen spawned from a gatekeeper, the psionic queen is a powerful foe indeed. unlike other queens, the psionic queen is little more than a massive, immobile ball of flesh attached to an egg dispenser. however, it is capable of creating a solid psionic projection in the form of a normal xenomorph queen around itself, thus giving it more mobility. the psionic queen serves as the one-xeno command center of the psionic network mentioned here. in addition to her potent command & control abilities, the psionic queen is capable of absorbing the "life force" of linked xenomorphs and redistributing it to other xenos at her discretion, as well as simply reanimating hordes of deceased xenomorphs, though they are little more than mindless zombies when reanimated in this fashion.
